"It is my absolute pleasure to write this review for Jonathan Hammond and his team. The hardest part of selling your home is finding an agent that you can trust to represent you. My husband and I have bought and sold many, many properties over our lives together and I regret to say had met many terribly arrogant and self-serving agents in the past, some I felt I needed to shower after encountering them. I admit I previously had a poor opinion of real estate agents. We had noticed that Jonathan Hammond from Cobden Hayson had been selling a lot of quality homes in our area and went along to one of his open houses, not to see the house, but to check him out.
