Art Month 2026: Designed by locals, for locals.

Seventeen years ago, CobdenHayson had a simple idea - hand the design of our Sold stickers over to the local kids who call this neighbourhood home. What started as a small community gesture has become one of our most loved annual traditions. And this year, it became something else entirely.

Art Month 2026 broke its own record, with over 500 entries flooding in from local kids and schools across our network throughout March. Five hundred individual acts of creativity, colour, and imagination - each one a reminder of just how much life exists in the communities we're lucky enough to work in.

The wider CH team were lucky enough to serve as judges, casting their votes in what turned out to be one of the closest deliberations in Art Month history. Voting went down to the wire, with nearly a three-way tie at the Balmain office - making the final call genuinely nail-biting.

The winning designs will soon be printed as our official Sold stickers, placed on the signboards of homes and apartments we sell right across the network. So if you spot a CH sold board in your street in the coming months, take a closer look - you might just see a local kid's artwork staring back at you.
