“After 11 days on market, 113 groups inspecting the home and 16 contracts issued, we were able to negotiate a sale prior to auction on 18th November 2022 for an impressive result of $2.735m, despite the declining market. The eventual purchaser was known to us through previous dealings with recent comparable sales. They had been through a number of properties with us and we knew they were ready to move quickly on the right home. This sale was a perfect example of the value of maintaining relationships with potential buyers and taking the time to understand what they’re after.”
