The background

It was a character-filled 2 bedroom home, all on one level and the back section was open planned with an abundance of natural light. The house has a lot of potential to be converted into a 4 bedroom property (STCA), also it’s a great street as it is close to all the shops and the park at the end of the street.

Strategies we employed in this campaign

It was set to go to Auction on the 27th March, we received an offer well above our expectations and a couple of other buyers were still interested in the property at this level, therefore the decision was made to bring the auction forward to accommodate all the buyers and for clear transparency around the sale.
