Matt comments, “As the home was tenanted we gave the tenants notice to vacate, ensuring we could have it professionally prepared and fully styled to make it look its best. Given the strong interest in the property we agreed to bring the auction forward, taking it under the hammer after just 15 days on the market. After 14 contracts were issued we ended up with six registered bidders on the day, ultimately selling the two-bedroom home for an impressive $2.55m.

“To ensure that everyone who was interested had ample opportunity to view the home as often as necessary, we conducted plenty of private appointments alongside our public open homes. This gave buyers a chance to get the full experience of the property. Because our vendors were overseas, we kept them completely informed every step of the way with regular calls and reports.”
