The background
As the second property Debbie Jepson had sold for her clients within a few months, she was eager to achieve an equally strong result for the sale of their three-bedroom garden apartment at 6/7 Kooringa Road, Chatswood.
Debbie comments, “There were a few challenges to overcome with this sale. The floorplan was rather unusual, the strata fees were uncommonly high and there was a new development being built next door. The key was to make sure it looked its very best and really resonated with buyers. The property was vacant so to maximise its appeal I assisted with organising trades – everything from gardens and painting to new carpet, styling and cleaning. Clever, targeted marketing was also required to get people through the door and really get a feel for the home.
