Our vendors were kept up to speed with excellent communication and regular reports regarding buyer feedback and market movements.

“The combination of the property’s many desirable attributes coupled with engaging marketing saw the apartment sell under the hammer on the 19th November 2022 for an impressive price of $1.055m, which was a significant achievement in a falling market.”
