On 8th November 2021, George Gialouris sold 37 Mortimer Lewis Drive, Huntleys Cove, an immaculate dual-level semi within the resort-style Huntleys Cove Estate by Tarban Creek. To highlight the appeal of the property and the heated demand in the market, it sold in just six days for $2.4m, after five contracts were issued.

The demand proved strong and once we had interest at a solid price that the owners would accept, we took it to the open market so as not to miss any other buyers.
