The property was on the market for $2.85 million, and after their second viewing on Wednesday, they knew it was the one. The home, with its appeal and suitability for their future, was a far cry from the renovation projects they had once considered.

By Saturday, the deal was sealed. With the support of the agents Ben & Tye, who managed and sold the property, Alex and Julia purchased the home, closing in just six weeks. The entire process unfolded swiftly, especially with the birth of their baby just days before their purchase. It was an emotional and exciting time for the couple, who had the comfort of knowing that their new home would be ready for them to settle into once they welcomed their little one.

Though the road to this home wasn’t straightforward, it was clear that 353 Balmain Road was exactly what they needed at the right time. Now, with their baby born and a home to call their own, Alex and Julia are looking forward to creating new memories in their beautiful new space in Lilyfield.
