“Over the course of the campaign we talked to hundreds of prospective buyers and were bluntly honest with them about every element, keeping them engaged and their interest piqued with consistent communication. After receiving feedback over the first two weeks it was clear that buyer interest was phenomenal. This led us to push the marketing on the property to the max as well as push towards an auction.

Our overall strategy – the enhancements, strong marketing and the auction – really worked and we saw a colossal 258 groups inspect the home, with 57 contracts issued and 11 bidders registered at auction. This resulted in the property selling for $1.7m, which was an impressive $200,000 above reserve!
