In late July Danny Cobden and Samantha Elvy auctioned a revamped freestanding four-bedroom weatherboard cottage at 30 Goodsir Street, Rozelle for clients who had a previous relationship with Danny and had sold through him before. Danny comments, “The house had been stylishly renovated and we wanted to make it really shine so we recommended enhancements including painting, floor sanding, new carpeting and a garden tidy to ensure it looked flawless.”

Buyer demand was high and the home proved extremely popular as we navigated the usual COVID restrictions. In the end 11 contracts were issued and the property sold after 21 days on market for an impressive figure in the high $3 millions.
