For this particular sale we recommended and managed a number of trades and works prior to marketing, which ensured that the property really presented at its best. Due to COVID we were conducting private one-on-one inspections, making ourselves available to show the property seven days a week to be accommodating and flexible for our buyers, many of whom we already knew and had a good relationship with.”

“Due to the heated demand for properties such as this we suggested a short campaign from the beginning and it ended up being a highly successful strategy. We reported to the owners on a daily basis to let them know where the interest lay. In the end we had 68 groups through, 19 contracts issued and 10 registered bidders, with the property being auctioned after just 17 days on market for an impressive result of $2.336m, which the owners were thrilled about.”
