Some seemingly keen buyers did seem to come and go, finding it difficult to maintain enthusiasm and by the end of the campaign we only had a few serious buyers and ultimately two registered bidders. However, at the end of the day, that’s all it takes. Our auctioneer Vic Larusso did an incredible job and worked tirelessly to get every dollar from the buyers, with the property selling under the hammer on 18th February 2023 for approximately $800,000, which was a great result in the rising interest rate environment.”
