Ben comments, “The owners were interstate so we project managed everything from professional styling through to minor repairs. We presented the property in a way that appealed to our target demographic of young first homebuyers. We originally strategised a shorter auction campaign to capitalise on the strength of the market at the time. When it came to marketing, we made sure we had a strong internet presence including targeted social media ads to really hit the right buyers.
