Peter comments, “I knew the vendors and had established a great relationship with them over the years so they knew that our local knowledge was strong, which was instrumental in securing the listing. We recommended an auction campaign to intensify the competition that we believed the property would generate and opened our database to bring in out-of-area buyers to fuel this. Such was the appeal of the home that we had 85 groups through and 19 contracts issued.
