Peter comments, “We had worked with our vendor in the past so there was already an established level of trust there. We recommended trialling an off-market approach and an investment in styling as the apartment was on the smaller side. To bring in more buyers, we opened our database to out-of-area contacts who we thought might be interested in the property, which was particularly appealing as it was just 200m from the heart of Lane Cove village.
