COVID-19 has undoubtedly injected some caution into our market, however we’re still seeing plenty of strong results and successfully matching homes with purchasers, even though the buying pool has contracted somewhat.

Tim Wieland and Jack Hughes from the C&H Drummoyne office recently sold a number of properties, including 56 Renwick Street, Drummoyne. It was actually COVID-19 and the uncertainty around where the market might be headed that motivated the vendor to sell the property rather than wait. She didn’t want to risk waiting any longer in case prices were further impacted, which is the big unknown at the moment.
