If you’re considering selling your property in the current market, our team of highly experienced agents are still available to get you moving. We’re keeping our clients informed with adaptations in place to adhere to important Government restrictions regarding COVID-19.

At this stage we are still able to provide you with a personal one-on-one market appraisal of the value of your home, attending your property while exercising the utmost care when it comes to hygiene and social distancing. However, if you would feel more comfortable we can also offer you a virtual consultation via FaceTime, Zoom or another digital platform that works for you. You can simply take us for a virtual tour and we’ll ask all the relevant questions.

During the appointment you will provide details of your property as required and at their instruction provide a walking tour of the property.

How will I receive my appraisal report?
Following your appointment your agent will send across your appraisal report via email.

If I still want to meet in person is that possible?
