CobdenHayson is delighted to welcome Balmain local Anna Wilson to the sales team. Hailing from a background as a successful buyer’s agent, Anna is now making the move into sales, bringing with her a unique view of property from a buyer’s perspective, which is an invaluable asset to sellers.
Anna comments, “While most agents transition from sales to buyer’s agents, I’ve chosen to go in the other direction, making the switch to share my knowledge and help more people.”
Anna’s experience allows her to approach each sale by looking at buying and selling wholistically, examining precisely how she can assist people along their journey. Passionate about finding people their dream home, she’s laser focused on matching buyers with their ideal property.
A lover of all things real estate, Anna’s especially interested in the history of Balmain homes and their beautiful character features, enjoying the opportunity to help re-imagine them in a more contemporary way so they can be enjoyed by generations to come.
As a buyer’s agent, Anna secured more than $30m worth of real estate for her clients, her most significant transaction being 12 William Street, Balmain East for $9.2m. A keen renovator and designer, she’s also lent her stylish hand to the transformation of 116 Louisa Road and 15 Grove Street in Birchgrove.
