How to pay your holding deposit.

Please transfer payment of your holding deposit and rent in advance into the below account ensuring that you quote the reference code as noted in the email. Payment of both your holding deposit and rent in advance can be transferred at the same time or over two separate transactions.

Please provide a copy of the remittance/s as soon as you have completed the transfer/s and note that if funds have not cleared prior to collecting your keys, we will not be in a position to release the keys. Please note that all future rental payments are to be made by Direct Debit and that we will shortly send you a Direct Debit form to complete and sign. Should you choose to withdraw your application, after payment has been made, it is important to note that your deposit is non-refundable.
