Senior Property Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Annandale Property Management team.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a residential property portfolio of properties based in the Inner West
  • Dedicated Leasing Consultant for your portfolio
  • Managing client and tenant relationships
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Rental arrears management
  • Carrying out routine inspections
  • Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews
  • Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required

Experience and Skills required:

  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Property Management position
  • A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A team player looking to develop their career as a Senior Property Manager
