“To start off we tapped into our rich resource of high-net worth buyers to commence pre-market showings. The initial response was incredibly positive and delivered the platform to move ahead with confidence to a broader auction marketing campaign. We also tightened up the auction timeline to a 3.5 week sale process as prestige buyers are time poor and make quick decisions when they see something they like.”
