Kelly comments, “The vendors approached Jono due to his experience and knowledge of the Stanmore market. To get a gauge on buyer sentiment in a market that was definitely cooling down, we initially conducted an off-market campaign with our database buyers prior to taking the home to the wider public.

“While there were a few interested parties, demand was nowhere near as strong as it had been at the peak of the market so we had to navigate this and manage expectations. Given the declining conditions, we provided expert up-to-the-minute insight into the rapidly changing market and made sure that we guided the vendors based on extensive feedback from buyers, who we kept in constant communication with. To make sure that every interested party had an opportunity to see the home at their leisure and multiple times, we showed the property out of hours and were flexible with inspections.
