Brand new build, we were referred into the house from our builder’s network, our open candid approach was refereeing to the owner and afforded us the gig.
The buyer pool was a mixture of Concord locals, Rozelle, Hunters Hill and right across the Inner West. Key attraction was the timeless elegance, well planned layout and overall just good use of space.
Strategies we employed in this campaign
Auction program, we guided a rather bullish guide for the area, typical sales around this home had opened with an initial guide of up to $1m below the selling price or vendor expectations, so to guide a genuine for sale auction range came with some minor initial resistance, but ultimately the open lines of communicaiton was the key in earning the buyers trust to secure a sale setting a new suburb SQM rate record. And securing the second highest residential sale price for the suburb ever.
