We then hit the phones and called approximately 80 recipients to gauge their interest, making ourselves available after hours to give buyers every opportunity to see the apartment. Given the pre-Easter, pre-election environment, demand was rather quiet, with only one real buyer through the door along with another party who happened to be walking by. However, you only need one genuine buyer and our interested party inspected the property twice and ended up putting in an offer.
