AUCTION, PRIVATE TREATY & OFF-MARKET
What’s the difference between selling your property via auction, private treaty or off-market?
Now that Spring is here, many people are considering the various options when it comes to selling their property. As this is usually the largest financial transaction a person experiences, it’s important to do your research. We always recommend sitting down with an experienced and respected local agent to look at a strategy for your property. However, to get you started on understanding one element of the sale process, one of Sydney’s top real estate agents, Peter Gordon, gives an overview of the three methods of sale.
To have a conversation about your property or learn more about the various methods of sale, please feel free to contact Peter Gordon or another member of our team.
