Daniel Patterson is a rare breed of agent who is able to combine his extensive local market knowledge with his international expertise to offer a truly first-class service. Born and raised in Drummoyne, Daniel is entrenched in the community and is a mainstay on the Bay Run and has fostered many long-term relationships from his time at St Marks School.

Fuelled by his innate love for real estate and drive to succeed, Daniel decided to gain some invaluable international experience and worked in Europe for three years as a property broker in the UK and Spain. After honing his skills in London’s highly competitive Mayfair and inner city markets, Daniel travelled across Europe for his high-end clients where he earned a reputation as a highly successful and creative agent.

After returning to Sydney and working in the Eastern Suburbs for a few years, Daniel achieved his dream of returning to the Inner West. His drive, determination and passion made him one of the youngest real estate directors in the area and, as president of the Five Dock Rotary Club, he also lays claim to being the youngest president of a Rotary Club in Australia.

Now with more than 12 years sales experience behind him, Daniel is able to draw on his extensive local and global network, expert negotiation skills and exceptional market knowledge to deliver a premium service.
