"My experience in buying and selling real estate was limited to the purchase of my current property on the city fringe of Sydney, NSW 17 years ago. During my search, I encountered numerous Sydney agents and of course the agent who was selling the property I bought. I have resided in my apartment ever since, and, over the years, I did avail myself of the many offers of free appraisals on the property, during which time I met even more Sydney real estate agents.
