But really I'm writing to tell you how very well Cobden & Hayson compares with other agents we have seen since we have been house hunting. When you sold our house in Rozelle for us, I know that you telephoned every single visitor to our house to ascertain their further interest. We reviewed 4 agencies in Balmain to sell our home a couple of months ago, and when Adrian Oddi met with us we knew he was the best person to sell our house. Dear Matt, This is a somewhat belated ‘thank you’ for all your assistance in the selling of my unit in Balmain and the purchase of another property. Matt, your services were of the highest order. You were fantastic! Your attention to detail and your professionalism in all matters related to the sale were greatly appreciated. Whilst they had only recently re-branded from Raine and Horne Balmain, their great reputation was quickly spreading throughout the Inner West at the time our transactions occurred.
